Sad to find out that the RCA Summer Show is now spread over its wide campus and is no longer an eclectic mix of car design, ceramics and fashion – but I still enjoyed my visit to the Battersea campus today to see: fine arts, sculpture, ceramics and glass, jewellery and textiles.
Stand-outs from this year include:
Alicja Patanowska‘s ‘The Plantation’ – a project breathing new life into found glassware:

Eunice Kuo‘s ‘Lifetime’ jewellery which blows bubbles:

Sorsha Galvin‘s bronze toes in ‘Creep’:

And last but not least, Hye Jung Hwang‘s creepy but cuddly ‘Solace’:
